Seriously… I can do better! My dad is totally kicking my butt at this Weight “thing” we have got going here! So I am going to try so much harder this week!!! Wish me luck! PLEASE! hah
Hey lindsey, you are doing so much better than me in this area….I finally stole back my treadmil from kelly and it just sits there collecting clothes and dust. I want so much to be motivated, my husband says oh ya I’ll help you but then never does. If I just used the treadmill I know I would get in shape fast just can’t find the motivation, if you have any send it my way but I think you are doing a good job!
dont you hate when your parents “put you in your place”. Hate when they win… blasted all!! You will rock it this week….. add 10 mins to your work outs, eliminate 100 calories from eating… you will see a difference! I did that this weekend, and dropped 2 pounds in 3 days….
Oh your doing the same thing I’m doing! Isn’t it great to have someone there to support you? It somehow works better for me that its my dad, not my mom. He pushes me.
Hi Lindsey!!! Take it all one day at a time. If you don’t like your choices today….then wake up tomorrow and make the choices you really want. It all starts with that first seemingly small but VERY large first step! You are a REALLY amazing girl! I know you can do/be anything that you want to! So take Nike’s advice and “Just Do It!” Don’t let anything get in your way. Eat small portions 5 to 6 times a day instead of larger portions 3 times a day. Good luck!!!

just keep doing what you’re doing. Shoot, I’m pretty sure no one can last 6 days in a row of hour long spin class like you and I have been for months.
