day 17

tkdishesNot a whole lot to report today, no weight loss, no gym, no soda, no scooter thefts! I may have shin splints, but not sure so I am going to take it easy on the running until I loose a person (that means a good hefty amount of weight like a small person just in case you were not sure what I meant) or something hahah! Mentally I am doing well! I won’t be if Tyler, Kaitlyn and Jake get any sicker!

  2. Ok some things to look at for sick kids :) Mine were sick all last summer non stop, we would take vitamins, use aborn for adults and kids at first sign of sniffles. The other thing is there is some dry wall made in china and baught to be used in the us that is causing people to become horablly sick, not sure if this might apply or not, and lastly we finally after a summer of sick kids had our ac checked and in the apartment we were in it was chucked full of mold we had no idea and every time the air went on there went the mold spores through out the house :( have the ac/ and filter checked!!!!

    Hope some of this works and best of luck to have a healthy family, you are working in the hospital right??? if so you will adjust and have a better immunity but you still bring those germs home to the kids remove scrubs asap and wash dont leave them around to germinate :) lots of hand washing , sanatizer and viatamins for all!!!!! best of luck:)
